The WWSO AI Infrastructure team is the go-to partner that delivers the architecture, deployment, and optimization guidance required for self-managed workloads. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of customer obsession and delivering results. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to a solutions architect. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges in AI.

Key job responsibilities
Design Customer Solutions
Collaborate with the wider teams to help customers and partners architect AI, ML, and HPC(+) Solutions that leverage our Services.
Engage with Solution Architects, Account Managers, Professional Services, and Partners to define an engagement strategy for our operational territories and key accounts, with emphasis on ISV and startup segments.
Thought Leadership - Provide thought leadership on solutions that benefit customers through the use of our Services. This takes the form of contribution to external publications such as the Compute and Accelerated Compute Blogs, whitepapers, and reference architectures, as well as internal training of Solutions Architects, Professional Services Consultants, Technical Account Managers, and our Trainers.
Serve as a key member of the business development and account team in helping to ensure customer success in building AI infrastructure in our company.
Assist solution providers with the definition and implementation of technical and business strategies.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the worldwide our solution architect community.
Understand our market segments, and industry verticals.
Understand and exploit the use of internal business support systems.

As a Staff Engineer on the Digital Signal Processing team, you will be a technical leader responsible for architecting and developing the core algorithms that power our next-generation data center interconnects. Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms for high-speed optical communication systems. Drive the long-term technical roadmap for our signal processing and communication architectures by staying current with academic and industry trends.
Develop and analyze novel forward error correction (FEC) and modulation schemes to optimize for performance, power, and complexity tradeoffs.
Create comprehensive system-level models using tools like Matlab, Python, or C++ to simulate and validate algorithm performance.
Collaborate closely with logic design, verification, and software teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and bring-up of algorithms in custom silicon.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of DSP and communication systems engineers, fostering innovation and engineering excellence.

we are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect.
In this position, you will be a key member in the pre-sales process, working directly with global startup customers and cross-functioning with account managers to develop AWS solutions for the customers.
📍 Work location: hybrid from Tel-Aviv.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with customers, understand their business challenges, and design AWS solutions that address them, covering architecture, cost-efficiency, scalability, and security through Statements of Work (SOW)
Analyze existing customer AWS architectures and propose improvement roadmaps
Collaborate cross-team with different departments to ensure solutions are designed according to AWS best practices
Build thought leadership in the cloud community by contributing to blogs, workshops, webinars, conferences, and more, representing Automat-it as a trusted voice in the ecosystem
Travel both locally (to meet with customers, partners, and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter)

The Startup Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to working with startup companies as they build their businesses. Were here to help them deploy scalable, secure, reliable, performant, sustainable and efficient architectures - and do that spending as little time and money as possible.

In this role, youll work directly with a variety of interesting customers in various industries which could include AI/ML, HCLS, FinTech, ClimateTech, HCLS and others, and help them make the best (and sometimes the most pragmatic) technical decisions along the way. Youll have a chance to build enduring relationships with these companies, their founders, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

Help a diverse range of startups to adopt the right architecture at each part of their lifecycle.
Support startups in architecting scalable, reliable and secure solutions
Support adoption of a broad range of AWS services to deliver business value and accelerate growth/
Support the evolution and roadmap of the AWS platform and services, connecting our engineering teams with our customers for feedback/
Establish and build technical relationships within the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators and VCs/
Develop startup specific technical content, such as blog posts, sample code and solutions, to assist customers solve technical problems and reduce time-to-market.

This role is centered on gathering customers resources and insights from various CrowdStrike cloud products, establishing connections between data sources, and handling large-scale data operations to run comprehensive evaluations and generate actionable posture intelligence.
