We are seeking an experienced People Planning Solution Architect‎ to join our Customer Success Solutions Architect team. In this pivotal role, youll develop a deep expertise in our Workforce Planning (WFP) module- serving as a bridge between customer needs, product vision, and scalable business outcomes.
As a People Planning Solution Architect‎, youll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to both our clients and internal teams. Youll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure the WFP roadmap addresses real customer challenges, drives adoption, and delivers long-term value. Your proactive engagement and consultative approach will help clients unlock the full potential of workforce planning, mitigate risk, and ensure organizational agility.
Youll lead client conversations on WFP best practices, scenario planning, process optimization, and headcount management- championing the Voice of the Customer and shaping product direction. By partnering with champions across, youll make workforce planning a true strategic lever for our clients success.

What will you do?
Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, Implementation Managers, and CSMs, providing expert guidance on all core Workforce Planning features, especially Position Management, Job Catalog, event planning, position, budget data structure and permissions configuration. Youll advise on best practices for setting up and scaling the WFP module, support clients in optimizing their workforce data for planning and analytics, and help ensure that permissions and workflows are configured to maximize engagement, data quality, and adoption.

We are looking for a Solution Architect, System Integrator to join our team. 
What you will be doing:
As a Solution Architect at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Customer Success Technical Delivery team. You will collaborate with product, sales and engineering to deliver the latest security and identity products.
You will be responsible for the technical aspects of security and identity products offered to our customers during post-sale activities.
Providing technical solutions to meet customers business and technical goals.
Lead the technical aspect of a production deployment in our customers environment including deployment design, technical assistance during the deployment, troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues.
Troubleshoot client Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues that may arise during deployment.
Provide technical support for our customers after the deployment was completed.
Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers.
Provide input and feedback to engineering and development teams.
Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products to develop and present unique solutions and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas.

Key job responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of us, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
You will own the technical relationship with the customer and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the platform.
Create and capture best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts).
Evangelize and educate about our technology (e.g., workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferences).
Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching, and mentoring others.
Develop areas of depth in technical domains such as: Generative AI and Data Analytics, relevant to your interests and your customers' outcomes.

In this position, you will be a key member in the pre-sales process, working directly with global startup customers and cross-functioning with account managers to develop AWS solutions for the customers.

Work location - hybrid from Tel-Aviv.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers, understand their business challenges, and design AWS solutions that address them, covering architecture, cost-efficiency, scalability, and security through Statements of Work (SOW).
Analyze existing customer AWS architectures and propose improvement roadmaps.
Collaborate cross-team with different departments to ensure solutions are designed according to AWS best practices.
Build thought leadership in the cloud community by contributing to blogs, workshops, webinars, conferences, and more, representing us as a trusted voice in the ecosystem.
Travel both locally (to meet with customers, partners, and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter).

The Startup Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to working with startup companies as they build their businesses. Were here to help them deploy scalable, secure, reliable, performant, sustainable and efficient architectures - and do that spending as little time and money as possible.

In this role, youll work directly with a variety of interesting customers in various industries which could include AI/ML, HCLS, FinTech, ClimateTech, HCLS and others, and help them make the best (and sometimes the most pragmatic) technical decisions along the way. Youll have a chance to build enduring relationships with these companies, their founders, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

As well as spending time working directly with customers, youll also get time to sharpen the saw and keep your skills fresh. We have more than 200 services across a range of different categories and its important that we can help startups take advantages of the right ones. You will act as a customer advocate with our product teams to make sure we are building the right products and features for the startups you work with.

In addition, this role will provide plenty of opportunities to share your knowledge more broadly by working on technical content and presenting at events.

Required Solutions Architect - Communication Service Providers
Within our Professional Services Communication Service Providers practice, you will be working closely with our product, engineering as well as operations team to shape how CSPs can leverage our SASE platform to deliver next generation services to their customers.
As a Solutions Architect you will design how CSPs integrate their network with our technology.
Responsibilities:
Act as technical lead for our SASE integration with strategic partners across the telecommunication, service provider industries in both pre-sales and post sales motions
Perform project requirements discovery, resource effort and timeline estimations, and Statement of Work (SOW) creation
Perform architectural design services including creation high-level/low-level design (HLD/LLD), system integration architecture, test & validation plans, and method of procedure (MOP)
Assist with our SASE integration into partner OSS & BSS platforms for automation of services including billing, order management, and service provisioning
Collaborate closely with peers in Product Management, Engineering, and Operations throughout design, implementation, and integration project phases

You will bridge the gap between traditional architectural security (like access control and cryptography) and the physical reality of silicon (protecting against sophisticated lab-based attacks). You will define methods to protect sensitive information by silicon countermeasures. You will ensure that our accelerators are not only performant but also impenetrable to a wide range of adversaries.
Responsibilities
Define and document the security architecture and flows for systems on a chip (SoCs), covering hardware root of trust, secure boot, and cryptographic acceleration.
Lead the strategy and implementation of countermeasures against physical attacks, including side-channel analysis, fault injection, and silicon invasive attacks.
Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for SoC subsystems, balancing security with power, performance, and area constraints.
Collaborate with hardware design and verification teams to ensure security features are implemented and resilient against both logical and physical vectors.

Responsibilities
Identify the "limits of physics" for current Digital Signal Processing (DSP) architectures and pivot the team toward next-generation solutions, such as Machine Learning (ML)-based equalization or Optical-specific DSP.
Define the requirements for DSP test chips to validate new architectures in advanced nodes before they hit production.
Drive the long-term power-reduction roadmap, ensuring our interconnects do not become the thermal bottleneck.
