We are seeking IT Specialist to join the IT group, reporting to the Head of IT. We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner who is hungry to grow and develop, and is capable of adapting to changes.

You will:
Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across Windows and macOS environments, including company laptops, IT equipment and corporate systems.
Manage user identities, access, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID
Administer and maintain endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), including device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (account provisioning, device setup, access control, deprovisioning).
Maintain and enforce security best practices, including MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and company tools.
Collaborate with R&D, IT and security teams to improve system reliability, performance, and security posture.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in internal knowledge base.
