Drive scalability and efficiency of lab and data center environments
Troubleshooting & Escalations
Act as a technical escalation point for complex hardware and network issues
Lead root cause analysis and drive long-term solutions to recurring problems
Handle critical incidents with high ownership in real-time, high-pressure scenarios

Strong networking expertise (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing & switching)
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware and network layers
Extensive experience with rack & stack, cabling standards, and physical infrastructure design
Experience working in high-pressure, mission-critical environments
Ability to lead tasks independently and drive them end-to-end
