We are looking for a curious, hands-on lawyer with a strong sense of ownership, who enjoys diving deep into complex topics, building scalable processes, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse and evolving challenges.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial, product, and regulatory matters across the companys operations.
Support cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and R&D with practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
Lead and manage commercial engagements with U.S.-based customers and partners, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
Advise on U.S. privacy laws and regulations (including HIPAA and related frameworks), and translate regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance.
Partner with Product and R&D teams to support product counseling, including feature development and regulatory considerations.
Build, improve, and scale legal processes, templates, and playbooks to support the companys rapid growth.
Take ownership of key legal domains and proactively drive initiatives, including identifying risks and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze developments in privacy, healthcare, and AI regulation, and provide clear recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the global legal team to promote innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement of legal workflows.
Requirements: 5+ years of post-bar experience, from a commercial department at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department in a technology company.
Strong experience working on commercial matters in the US market.
Proven experience in privacy regulation (U.S.-focused), with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance.
Highly curious, with strong analytical and deep-diving capabilities.
Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
Ability and desire to build processes, lead domains, and drive initiatives independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
