We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications Specialist with strong Salesforce experience, who combines business understanding with system expertise and can lead end-to-end implementations in a global environment.
Location & Work Model:
The position is based at our headquarters in Netanya, conveniently located near Netanya Sapir train station.
Hybrid work model: 4 days per week from the office and 1 day per week working from home.
What youll do:
Own and support Salesforce, including configuration, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
Lead implementations from design through testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
Support global users across multiple regions, mainly the US, France, and UK.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
Work with internal teams and external partners on system changes and projects.
Requirements: Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong business-process understanding and ability to translate needs into solutions.
Experience leading system implementations end to end.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP systems.
Experience with data and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
