We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications Specialist with strong salesforce experience, who combines business understanding with system expertise and can lead end-to-end implementations in a global environment. What youll do Own and support salesforce, including configuration, enhancements, and ongoing improvements Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions Lead implementations from design through testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support Support global users across multiple regions, mainly the US, France, and UK Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials Work with internal teams and external partners on system changes and projects
