We are seeking a Logistics & Sales Support Specialist, with a strong emphasis on sales support and commercial activities alongside logistics and supply chain operations.
This role supports the global sales organization end-to-end, combining customer-facing sales
support, lead generation and account management, with operational responsibility for order
fulfillment and international logistics. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, a
proactive sales-oriented mindset, and close collaboration with multiple internal and external
stakeholders worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Supply Chain:
End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the process from order receipt to final delivery at the customers site.
Freight Coordination: Ongoing work with freight forwarders in close collaboration with the Purchasing Manager.
Customer Communication: Maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding order status and shipment updates.
Data Management & Control: Managing data within the information system, including opening new products, order entry, updating customer details, and real-time updates of tracking numbers and shipment statuses.
Sales Support:
Account Management: Managing accounts for small-to-medium business segments.
Lead Handling: Providing first-tier response to incoming leads and routing them to the relevant sales team members.
Proactive Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers worldwide and initiating first contact to support global sales activities.
Sample Shipments: Full responsibility for coordinating and shipping samples to potential customers.
Collections Support: Assisting and providing backup for customer collection processes. Work Interfaces
Working closely with the CCO and global sales teams.
Close collaboration with the Purchasing Manager.
Requirements: High-level English proficiency (verbal and written) - Mandatory.
Previous experience in logistics, operations, import/export, or B2B customer service -Mandatory.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support for a globally exported product -Mandatory.
Proficiency in CRM systems - Familiarity with Zoho is a significant advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong sales orientation and high service awareness.
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
Location: Moshav Mazor (Own transportation is required).
