Requirements:
8+ years of experience designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.
Proven experience in a senior IC, technical lead, or architect role
5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux systems programming (agents, low-level components, OS internals).
Strong understanding of microservices architectures, modern SaaS platforms, and data pipelines.
Solid experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams through influence, collaboration, and clear communication.
Excellent design, documentation, and communication skills.
A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree or military tech unit background - a plus).
Experience working in an Agile R&D environment - an advantage.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience building and operating large-scale data and AI systems, with 5+ years in architecture or platform leadership roles driving technical direction across multiple teams.
Demonstrated experience defining and executing architectural vision in complex, multi-team environments, including setting standards, leading design reviews, and influencing long-term roadmaps.
Deep expertise in cloud-native distributed systems (GCP, AWS, or Azure), including Kubernetes-based infrastructure (e.g., GKE), scalable storage and compute, reliability, and security at scale.
Strong command of modern data architectures (data lake, lakehouse, warehouse) and large-scale analytics platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks), including data lifecycle, metadata, and governance strategy.
Proven experience designing internal data and ML platforms that enable reproducible experimentation, self-serve workflows, and efficient research-to-production transitions.
Experience architecting end-to-end ML lifecycle systems, including training infrastructure, experiment tracking, versioning, CI/CD for ML, deployment patterns (batch/online), and monitoring across MLOps platforms (e.g., ClearML, RunAI, or equivalents).
Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated environments, including fine-grained access control, auditing, and data protection best practices.

Requirements:
all you need is:
bachelors or masters degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or Computer Science.
15+ years of experience in Embedded software development, including 7+ years in a senior, technical lead, or architect role.
expert-level proficiency in C and C ++, with hands-on experience in rtos and/or Embedded Linux.
strong system -level understanding of Embedded platforms and cross-layer interactions (hardware, os, middleware, application).
proven ability to design modular software architectures and translate system requirements into well-defined interfaces.
strong debugging skills and experience resolving complex system -level and cross-component issues.
solid understanding of Real-Time systems, concurrency, memory management, and low-level debugging.
experience working with arm/mips-based socs and microcontrollers.
proven experience leading design discussions and code reviews.
knowledge of communication and networking protocols (i² C, spi, uart, can, ethernet, tcp/ip)- advantages.
familiarity with safety or regulatory standards (misra, iso 26262, aspice) - advantages.
