We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Production and Quality Engineer to drive exceptional product quality, patient safety, and field reliability across the Installed Base (IB). This is a key technical role supporting production stability, RMA/DOA investigations, Automated Test Equipment (ATE) performance, and cross-functional quality engineering initiatives in a regulated medical device environment
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Support RMA/DOA processes and continuous reduction of field failures.
Support qualifications and control of ATE testers in production lines.
Support ECO/ECR processes, NPI projects, product updates, and cross-functional engineering changes.
Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to enhance product quality and resolve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Participate in supplier selection and conduct suppliers audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, MDR, and other applicable medical device regulations.
Maintain and support quality documentation, including CAPA, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and risk management documentation.

Required Senior Mechanical Engineer
A leader in intraoral scanning, developing advanced opto‑electromechanical systems used by clinicians worldwide. Our products combine consumer‑electronics‑level design with the quality, reliability, and regulatory rigor of medical devices. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will help shape the mechanical technologies behind next‑generation scanning platforms.
In this role, you will own the mechanical architecture and design of a complete electromechanical module, working closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver robust, manufacturable, and high‑performance products. You will be a key technical contributor in R&D, leading mechanical decision‑making, resolving complex engineering challenges, and acting as an escalation point across the product lifecycle.
This is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role with significant technical influence, focused on innovation, problem solving, and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own mechanical architecture, design, and integration of complex electromechanical modules within R&D
Drive mechanical design decisions, trade‑offs, and risk mitigation across thermal, structural, and packaging domains
Manage, review, and technically guide work performed by external mechanical designers and contractors
Develop mechanical solutions for consumer‑electronics‑like products, balancing performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability
Lead and participate in technical design reviews, providing clear recommendations and direction
Own hands‑on prototyping activities, including first system assembly, bring‑up, debugging, and iteration
Collaborate closely with EE, Quality, Manufacturing, Program/Product Management, and external suppliers
Support supplier engagement, DFM discussions, and technical problem resolution
Perform hands‑on engineering work, including CAD design, tolerance analysis, and lab‑based testing and failure analysis
Act as a mechanical escalation point, stepping in to resolve complex issues when needed, including downstream support to NPI or engineering teams as required.

Required Project Manager
The Project Manager - Global Lumina Scanner Engineering Department is accountable for leading, coordinating, and executing cross‑functional engineering projects across the full product lifecycle, including NPI, sustaining engineering, production support, test infrastructure, and continuous improvement.
The role ensures alignment between Engineering, Operations, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain, enabling predictable execution, clear ownership, and end‑to‑end visibility of all engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple engineering projects in parallel across NPI, sustaining, test, electronics, and system engineering.
Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Drive execution through all project phases - definition, planning, execution, validation, and closure.
Coordinate design transfer, manufacturing readiness, validations, and GA milestones.
Own project governance: status reviews, KPIs, risk management, escalation, and decision tracking.
Drive cross‑functional alignment between R&D, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and Program Management.
Manage ECO‑driven projects and ensure full impact analysis, execution, and closure.
Support supplier‑related projects including readiness, FAIs, tooling, and ramp‑up activities.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, and communication cadence across all stakeholders.
Provide consolidated, real‑time visibility of project status to management.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop and integrate opto-mechanical systems for medical dental devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multidisciplinary systems.
Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks is advantage) to create detailed designs, prototypes, and engineering drawings.
Perform thermal and structural simulations
Design and execute tests across multiple disciplines and methodologies.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations for opto-mechanical systems.
