A leading technology company in the unmanned aerial systems domain is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of complex UAV platforms.

This role carries full system -level responsibility for a multi-disciplinary airborne platform, integrating engineering design, system architecture, performance optimization, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Full system ownership of UAV platforms across the entire lifecycle.
Lead the design and integration of complex systems including airframe, system architecture, propulsion, energy, communications, navigation, and control.
Analyze system requirements and translate them into subsystem-level engineering requirements.
Drive system -level design processes and long-term technical decision-making.
Coordinate and synchronize multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software, etc.).
Lead system integration, testing, and validation activities.
Ensure delivery against quality, schedule, and cost targets.
Work in a matrix environment, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Contribute to defining technology roadmap and future platform capabilities.

This role serves as the senior technical authority for a multi-disciplinary UAV system, integrating hardware, software, aerodynamics, propulsion, communications, and navigation into a cohesive and high-performance platform.
Role Overview:
The position is responsible for end-to-end system definition, architecture, integration, and performance of a complex airborne system. It combines deep system engineering expertise with hands-on technical leadership across multiple engineering domains. You will act as a key technical focal point within the program, driving engineering decisions, system design direction, and cross-disciplinary alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full technical ownership of a complex UAV / airborne platform
system architecture definition and cross-domain integration (mechanical, electrical, software, propulsion, communications, navigation).
Leading system -level requirements engineering and decomposition into subsystem requirements.
Driving technical decision-making, trade-off analysis, and long-term system design strategy.
Ensuring system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the lifecycle.
Coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines and development teams.
Leading design reviews and ensuring technical alignment across stakeholders.
Partnering with program and engineering leadership on roadmap definition and future capabilities.
Supporting development of new platforms from concept through implementation.

Required Power and Signal Integrity Engineer
About the job
As a Power and Signal Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and characterization of signal and power integrity of our IC designs. You will design the external electrical interfaces of the device, from their Signal/Power-integrity and electrical usage perspectives.
You'll set up methodologies, perform simulations, silicon characterization and correlations to ensure our IC designs meet systems design budgets and achieve the highest performance. You will work with systems architects, ASIC design, systems engineers, and partner cross-functionally with teams and external vendors/partners.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize power distribution networks (PDN) across chip, package, and board levels. This includes managing power/ground planes, decoupling capacitors, and power gating strategies.
Conduct both pre-layout and post-layout power integrity simulations to analyze power and ground noise (SSN/SSO), voltage drops (IR drop), and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Implement and verify low-power design methodologies, such as multi-voltage designs and clock gating, using power intent formats like UPF/CPF.
Generate precise electrical models (e.g., S-parameters, SPICE models) for components such as packages, PCBs, and connectors for use in simulations.
Execute lab measurements utilizing test equipment like oscilloscopes, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Time Domain Reflectometers (TDR), Spectrum analyzers to validate simulation outcomes and debug signal and power-related issues on silicon prototypes and boards.

We are currently looking for an PLM Expert (Teamcenter) (m/f/d) to join our talented Teamcenter services team in Israel.
In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting our PLM Product, Teamcenter. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest PLM projects in the region, often within regulated environments. We are happy to train you up in our market-leading PLM product.
This role can be based Airport City, Israel. Hybrid working is available, but you must be willing to travel to our customer sites.
A security classification is required for this position. Candidates with a valid, existing security classification are preferred.

Participate in large Teamcenter implementation projects for the Israeli customers

Designing, configuring, testing, data migration, production, and postproduction support
Support knowledge transfer (deliver training courses, user guides, coaching of Teamcenter key users)
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
Support the documentation and development of standard methodologies and the further development of our knowledge base.
