Senior QA Engineer (Angio Team)

we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer.
This position will be based in our office in Israel (Airport City), reporting to Manager QA.
The role:
Lead and drive testing initiatives across multiple projects within the Angio Mentor platform
Collaborate closely with development teams to establish testing strategies and quality standards
Take technical ownership of complex testing scenarios for multidisciplinary products
Design and oversee execution of advanced test plans covering software req and system integration
Analyze testing results, identify patterns, and drive resolution of critical issues with dev teams
Spearhead post-release analysis and continuous improvement of testing processes
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a software QA technical leadership - A must.
Demonstrated experience in leading testing projects and driving quality initiatives - A must.
Experience in team leading in QA projects - An advantage.
Advanced expertise in writing comprehensive test documentation (STD / STP / STR) - A must.
Experienced with bug tracking systems (preferred JIRA) - A must.
A. in Medical Engineering or equivalent or ISTQB Certified- A must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex technical challenges
Proven track record of working effectively with development teams and technical stakeholders
Self-motivated leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - A must.
Experience of working in a medical or simulator or gaming company - Significant advantage
Familiarity with medical Endovascular products and procedures - Significant advantage

In this role, you will develop and design robust automation frameworks and ensure the delivery of high-quality software through comprehensive testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement in Quality Assurance practices.

Define, develop, and implement the overall automation to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in QA Automation.
Understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks, such as Cucumber or similar.
Hands-on experience working in AWS and on-premises environments, with a solid understanding of deployment and testing challenges in hybrid setups.
2+ years of experience in TEST automation using JAVA, Python, or JavaScript ( Node.js ).
Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and frameworks.
Experience with performance and Load Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices, including TEST -driven development (TDD).

פיתוח רכיבי backend /Services וכלים פנימיים בהתאם לצורך.
חיבור לעולמות CI/CD, ניהול גרסאות ונהלי עבודה בצוות.
דרישות:
ניסיון של שנה+ בפיתוח ב- C #/.NET/ Python - חובה
ניסיון מוכח בהקמת תשתית אוטומציה-חובה
שליטה ב-Git - חובה
ניסיון בכתיבת קוד וכלים: OOP, עבודה עם APIs, טיפול בשגיאות ולוגים.
יכולת עבודה בצוות פיתוח פנימי: תקשורת טובה, אחריות אישית, למידה מהירה ו-ownership.
ניסיון בפיתוח אוטומציות / RPA והטמעת תהליכים בארגון - יתרון.
