Own and manage the global events calendar and budget, prioritizing conferences, partner events, and ecosystem opportunities in line with regional and marketing strategy.
Define event goals and level of involvement (sponsorships, booths, speaking opportunities, etc.) in alignment with Marketing and regional Sales objectives.
Serve as the remote/on-site lead producer: Lead end-to-end event execution including logistics, vendors, venues, contracts, booth setup, collateral, swag, and on-site operations.

Requirements:
3-6 years of hands-on event management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with proven end-to-end ownership of events from planning to execution.
Experience managing events in the USA and the UK (a Must); experience in additional global markets is a strong advantage.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events across regions and time zones.
Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, as well as with creative teams (Content and Design).
Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring event ROI and business impact.
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot is an advantage).
