seeking a qualified IT Specialist to join our HQ IT department. This role requires a professional with 2-3 years of experience to manage local and cloud infrastructure and provide high-level support to our international teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance and monitoring of servers, systems, and critical IT infrastructure to ensure operational continuity.
Global Technical Support: Deliver technical assistance to local staff and international remote users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Problem Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into technical malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective, long-term solutions.
Procedure Management: Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including work procedures and knowledge base protocols.
Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in IT System Administration or advanced Help Desk support.
Microsoft Environment: Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365
Virtualization: Experience with VMware
Networking: Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Language Skills: High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
