Requirements:
Minimum qualifications
Were looking for someone who can bring warmth, energy, and a dash of organisation magic to our front desk. Were happy to chat with candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
1-3 years experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or office support role (experience in a fast-growing company is a bonus, but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support (CEO & CTO)

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and CTO.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and prioritize effectively.
Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and supporting executive focus and efficiency, while collaborating closely with the executive team and relevant stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution.
Own and manage executive-related administrative processes.
