We are looking for a GTM Strategy & Execution Specialist to drive key go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong GTM mindset, with a deep understanding of how to translate business strategy into market-facing execution that drives growth and customer impact.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to build, scale, and execute strategic initiatives while driving alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through execution and adoption across Sales, Marketing, Operation and Customer-facing teams
Drive GTM planning and execution by translating business priorities into scalable programs, processes, and playbooks
Support the Office of the CRO in driving key GTM priorities, providing structure and execution support across strategic initiatives
Lead the implementation and measurement of strategic GTM programs, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement through KPI tracking and gap identification
Work with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and deliver high-quality, driven outputs
Leverage market, customer, and business insights to support GTM strategy and strategic decision-making.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in GTM roles /business strategy / consulting / revenue or marketing-related roles
Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales processes
Experience working on cross-functional GTM initiatives and influence stakeholders
Ability to create high-quality content to support GTM initiatives, including presentations, frameworks, and supporting assets
Strong analytical and tech-savvy mindset; comfortable working with data and numbers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce
Experience Dashboards tools like power BI
Exposure to marketing initiatives (e.g., campaigns, enablement, or demand generation).
