This department is highly data-driven and focused on monitoring financial data performance across regions and brands while gaining expertise with regulatory and compliance concepts in the e-commerce. In this role you will take ownership and join a team responsible for orchestrating between operations, analyzing internal and external data sources to identify and reach actionable recommendations for business decisions.

Required Tax Manager- U.S
Israel, Petah Tikva
You will become a key member of our Tax Department, responsible for managing U.S. tax compliance and planning. In this role, you will oversee federal and state income tax reporting, sales and use tax compliance, and other U.S. tax matters. The U.S. Tax Manager will face complex challenges and will have significant opportunities for learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of U.S. tax compliance, planning, and reporting, including federal and state income taxes.
Manage U.S. sales and use tax compliance across all operational jurisdictions, ensuring accurate reporting and timely filing.
Lead and coordinate preparation of U.S. federal and state tax returns, including review of supporting schedules and documentation.
Oversee tax accounting for U.S. income taxes (ASC 740), including identifying and documenting uncertain tax positions (UTPs) and tax contingencies (FIN 48 and ASC 450).
Advise on U.S. intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and I/C agreements as they relate to U.S. tax obligations.
Support U.S.-specific expansion projects and transactions from a tax perspective.
Develop and communicate policies to ensure adequate controls and documentation for U.S. direct and indirect taxes.
Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve U.S. tax compliance and reporting.
Manage U.S. tax audits, working with external advisors and tax authorities.
Review commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners to identify U.S. tax implications.
Research and resolve complex U.S. tax issues, liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
Monitor changes in U.S. federal and state tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Prepare quarterly, annual and long-term tax forecasts for GAAP and NonGAAP
Prepare foreign entities tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including current and deferred provision calculations, return-to-provision true up, reconciliation of tax accounts, valuation allowance, FIN 48 analysis, E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT and FDII, etc.
Prepare US tax compliance for Companys non-U.S. subsidiaries
Support foreign income tax compliance as well as tax footnote of the statutory financials of non-US subsidiaries
Assist with maintaining global transfer pricing policies and calculations, including review and implementation of transfer pricing studies, Country by Country Reporting, and other local transfer pricing documentation requirements
Assist with the international tax planning projects, including modeling the tax impacts
Support 404 internal control testing and maintain SOX documentation and processes related to international taxation
Build collaborative working relationships with legal, accounting, FP&A, and corporate development and communication of tax considerations and gathering appropriate data
Research and evaluate the tax impact of current and proposed tax legislation
Ad hoc tax projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute optimal price and access strategies for Medison’s products including IRP considerations and launch sequencing design.
* Cross-functional leadership of the local Market Access, Price and Reimbursement Teams.
* Guide a diverse global team, promoting collaboration across different regions with Medison’s partners as well as local and global colleagues from Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Medical and Market Research, to ensure alignment on market access strategies.
* Guide negotiations with local Access teams with authorities to secure optimal access and pricing.
* Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
* Plan and oversee various access and reimbursement workstreams across several countries and products (both internal and involving external stakeholders, including Medison’s partners).
* Coordinate local actions and ensure the collection and analysis of useful observational or market research data serving access and reimbursement decisions.
* Develop ONE Medison access and reimbursement governance, processes and platforms (incl. potential systems) and drive implementation and potential needed evolution.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement across the Medison organization.
* Identify opportunities from a health policy, healthcare funding or governmental initiatives perspective that may be beneficial to Medison and guide senior leadership on how to engage in these initiatives
* Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders, providing updates on projects progresses and roadblocks enabling the organization to proactively anticipate delays and risks and adequately solve for them.

The Pricing analyst will be responsible for implementing and optimizing pricing strategies for the companys fulfillment services. This role will require a deep understanding of market dynamics and cost structures. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with a strong business mindset to ensure competitive pricing while driving profitability.

Execution of competitive and profitable pricing strategies for the companys fulfillment services.

Were looking for a business-driven Financial Business Analyst to join our strategic FB&A team and help drive the next phase of growth. This role is a unique mix of hands-on financial modeling, business partnering with Sales, and strategic market analysis. Youll take ownership of EMEA region, modeling OPEX and workforce costs, while also supporting broader strategic initiatives including Top-line, Special deals revenue\ARR & forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making, including revenue forecasting, cost projections, and profitability analysis.
Conduct P&L for special deals and integration of relevant stakeholders.
Act as the FB&A partner to Sales EMEA leadership - covering budgets, quarterly forecasts, headcount planning, and actual vs. forecast analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operation, BI, R&D, Marketing, and procurement to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
