We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, in a key role focused on expense budget control cost analysis and financial monitoring The position involves close collaboration with business partners and management, supporting informed decision-making through accurate financial insights. This is a full-time position based in Natanya, Israel. Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of expense budget control (OPEX & CAPEX), at department and Line of Business levels
* Ongoing monitoring of actual expenses versus budget and forecast, including variance analysis, root-cause analysis, and corrective action recommendation
* Preparation, maintenance and continuous update of expense forecast
* Close work with departments managers and project managers to ensure effective cost control
* Development and delivery of management reports, financial analysis and presentation for senior management
* Continuously improve processes and tools to drive efficiency in budgeting, cost control and reporting processes
* Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial statements and data integrity

* Provide value-added insight into the business.
* Provide monthly reporting packages that include full financial analysis, comprehensive key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, unit economics, operational dashboards, analysis of key business trends, actual vs. budget variance, and comprehensive executive-level explanation of differences.
* Drive an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analyses that link to strategic objectives.
* Collaborate on annual budget and monthly forecasts.
* Partner closely with key stakeholders across the business and drive analytical excellence to support financial discipline and thoughtfulness throughout the business.
* Track, and monitor key operation metrics used to drive the business to greater efficiency. Provide financial modelling and analysis and other on-going support for new product development, long-term contracts, and ad-hoc financial projects
