We’re looking for a AI Solutions Junior Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and client impact. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of delivering and evolving AI based data solutions for our customers - blending deep analytical skills with strong communication and product intuition. If you’re excited by semantic models, data analysis, and helping clients leverage data to inform business decisions, this role is for you. What You’ll Do
* Work with AI-generated semantic models, editing them and optimizing them to drive actionable insights.
* Work directly with customer stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, use cases, and their data environment.
* Own the technical solution end-to-end, including model refinement, tuning and verification, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* Collaborate with R&D, Sales and Product to surface insights, resolve blockers, and influence product enhancements.
* Translate business questions into analytical solutions constantly pursuing optimization, efficiency and automation opportunities.
* Work with client stakeholders to provide training and enablement support.
Requirements: * Proficiency in SQL and Python, with an eye for efficient and reusable code.
* 1 year of experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, Databricks).
* Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, or Qlik.
* Experience working with both structured and semi-structured data, including NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
* Deep understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, and how to design scalable analytical systems.
* Excellent communication skills - you know how to simplify complex concepts for business stakeholders and work across functions with ease.
* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field Bonus: Experience working directly with enterprise clients or in a presales / post-sales technical capacity.
