About the Role
As a Product Manager for our Dispute Resolve solution, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to help merchants manage chargebacks effectively, improve win rates, and scale their dispute operations.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Account Management teams to support product adoption, enable new deals, and ensure Dispute Resolve contributes to revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, commercial success, and the long-term evolution of the Dispute Resolve roadmap.
