we are looking for a Compliance Operations Project manager to support our global Compliance Operations function, which is responsible for the implementation of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and KYC (Know Your Customer) onboarding processes. As the Compliance Operations Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in improving compliance organizational processes while implementing measurements and automations. You will collaborate with all Compliance Operations members as well as various departments to improve and streamline internal processes and elevate the customer KYC onboarding experience.
The Compliance Operations Manager will report to the company Compliance Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Problem Solving
Identify gaps and opportunities within the KYC onboarding process.
Investigate and resolve process breakdowns while collaborating with the Product Management team, IT, Customer Experience (CX), and other stakeholders.
Lead the design and implementation of enhanced, automated, and resilient compliance processes and systems.
Performance Measurement
Develop and implement a measurement framework to monitor Compliance team performance and KYC cycle times.
Create dashboards and reporting tools to present insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
On‑Demand Operational Support
Provide hands‑on assistance during peak workloads, including tasks related to AML reporting, sanctions screening, MCC reviews, and other regulatory requirements that arise on an as‑needed basis.
Knowledge Management
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal knowledge management hubs and documentation repositories.
Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit:
At least 5 years of experience in project management.
Strong Excel skills and extensive experience using project management systems
Fluent in Hebrew and English- Must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work in a high‑pressure and dynamic environment - A must.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a creative approach and high ability of problem-solving.
Self-learning ability - A must.
Experience in customer support- is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
