Our Data Exchange group is responsible for acquiring millions of transactions and statements a day to satisfy our customers needs in all our products.
You will utilize your skills to help develop and maintain backend services leveraging AI and machine learning models, using both analytical algorithms and deep learning approaches, to acquire data from financial institutions on behalf of our users.
Responsibilities:
Lead and apply best practices in AI driven software lifecycle management, from ideation, through development and evaluation to production deployment.
Build a backend service with AI in its core at scale (millions of users and requests daily)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and align model metrics with business goals
Work side-by-side with product managers, business analytics, data scientists, and backend engineers in enabling AI solutions for business use cases
Explore the state-of-the-art technologies and apply them to deliver customer benefits

our imaging radar department develops high-performance 4d imaging radar systems for autonomously driving vehicles. the phy algo group is leading the innovative research and the development of the entire algo processing pipeline starting from the iq samples and up to object detection. the group is responsible for the entire radar simulation, including novel waveform design, transceivers, environment, and the radar signal processing pipeline. the group is also leading the phy architecture and developing ai based signal processing. what will your job look like?
research, develop and implement signal processing algorithms.
solve applied radar processing problems.
develop radar and environment simulations for verification of algorithm pipes at the system level.
develop ai based algorithms for radar signal processing. including developing the training and testing environments for these algorithms.
analyze field recorded data and confirm system performance through simulations.

we are looking for a senior ai software engineer to join our generative ai foundation team. we build ai agents and shared infrastructure that power genai capabilities across the company, enabling product lines to adopt agentic workflows safely, reliably, and at scale.
in this role, youll be involved in the full software lifecycle - from fast-moving prototypes and pocs to production-grade, observable systems. youll collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate ideas into robust services, bringing a pragmatic mindset to experimentation, iteration, and operational excellence.
youll work hands-on with leading llms and the modern agentic ecosystem, leveraging a wide range of aws services. youll use cutting-edge frameworks and techniques to develop, evaluate, and continuously improve our solutions through solid design, flexible implementation, strong telemetry and evaluation, and production feedback loops

Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
