Were looking for a Lead Algorithms Engineer to join an innovative technology team developing advanced AI and computer vision solutions.
This role offers a unique combination of hands-on algorithm development, technical ownership, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of advanced computer vision and AI algorithms
Take full ownership of the algorithm lifecycle - from research and prototyping to production deployment
Design and implement solutions across detection, segmentation, classification, OCR, and anomaly detection
Improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability
Build and maintain robust training, validation, and evaluation pipelines
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
Collaborate closely with software and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready systems
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in computer vision and algorithm development
Proven experience delivering AI-based vision solutions in production environments
Strong background in accuracy-critical domains (defect detection, measurement, alignment, classification)
Deep expertise in deep learning for computer vision (CNNs, Transformers, detection segmentation models)
Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Strong coding skills in Python ( C ++ - advantage)
Solid understanding of classical image processing techniques (geometry, calibration, filtering, morphology)
Experience leading end-to-end algorithm development
Ability to work independently while driving technical direction and mentoring team members
