We are looking for a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer to join our passionate Engineering team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our core infrastructure. You will work with the latest cloud technologies, focusing on automating and optimizing our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, and managing our Kubernetes environment.
What Youll Do
Analyzes and determines integration needs.
Automates infrastructure and application deployment on AWS.
Identify manual processes that can be automated
Maintain and improve our cloud infrastructure
Continuously maintain and improve our CI/CD
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly-available infrastructure systems, focusing on reliability and performance.
Develop and implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve potential system issues.
Conduct blameless post-mortems for critical incidents, driving continuous improvement in system resilience.
Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure the platform can handle current and future load.
Must - Be available on-call to respond to and resolve critical infrastructure issues outside of regular business hours. (including weekends)

What am I going to do?:

* Develop AI-driven self-service solutions to accelerate developer issue resolution and resource provisioning.
* Develop and adopt new tools to make Development and Operations processes at Fiverr more efficient.
* Collaborate with developers to optimize system performance, reliability, and scale.
* Evolve and maintain Fiverr’s AWS infrastructure by improving and adopting new services.
* Support AI/ML/GenAI services with scalable infrastructure and monitoring.
* Maintain Fiverr availability by participating in DevOps on-call shifts.
* Mentor DevOps engineers.

Design, build and manage our development and production cloud-native infrastructure in AWS

On a typical day, you will:

Design, scale, and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure supporting RTB bidders and ML prediction services at extreme scale (2Million+ QPS).
Own production GCP environments end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, 99.999 uptime, incident response, and post-mortems.
Build and maintain infrastructure for massive data ingestion (up to 1TB per hour), continuous ML training pipelines, and real-time prediction systems.
Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Work closely with engineering and data science teams, taking full ownership from design through production and ongoing operations.
Continuously evaluate and introduce improvements to our infrastructure stack, tooling, and operational practices.
