Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge computer vision and AI algorithms
Own the full lifecycle of algorithm development, from research through production deployment
Develop solutions across detection, segmentation, classification, OCR, and anomaly detection
Continuously improve model accuracy, robustness, and runtime performance
Build and maintain training, validation, and evaluation pipelines
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers
Collaborate closely with software and multidisciplinary teams to integrate algorithms into production systems
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in computer vision and algorithm development
Proven track record of delivering and deploying AI-based vision systems in production environments
Strong experience in accuracy-critical domains such as defect detection, measurement, alignment, or classification
Deep expertise in deep learning methods for computer vision (e.g., CNNs, Transformers, detection and segmentation models)
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Strong programming skills in Python ; C ++ is an advantage
Solid understanding of classical image processing techniques (geometry, calibration, filtering, morphology)
Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from research to deployment
Ability to work independently while leading technical direction and mentoring others
