We are seeking a talented and experienced Software/System Architect to join our dynamic team. As a System Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, design solutions and offer technical guidance, ensuring successful development and integration of the end-to-end solution.
Responsibilities:
Design high-availability, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems using microservices, event-driven patterns, and best-practice architectural principles.
Analyze and understand business requirements to create system specifications.
Lead design reviews, evaluate technical proposals, and validate architecture compliance across teams.
Define and maintain system architecture diagrams, including component, sequence and data flow diagrams.
Collaborate with development teams to guide the implementation of the solution
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and industry best practices.
Oversee system integration, troubleshoot issues, and provide architecture support as needed.
Conduct regular system reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders such as product management, professional services, sales, development and production support.

The Solution plays a key role in delivering successful implementations of our platform solution to retail clients. This position focuses on medium to large engagements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements while maintaining a strong customer experience. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and external client teams to drive seamless implementations. You will collaborate within a team for more complex or high-profile projects, ensuring on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions to assess business and technical requirements, recommending the best implementation approach.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
Design and configure solutions that align with client needs, ensuring a seamless integration process.
Provide technical troubleshooting and escalation support to resolve systems, data, or process issues.
Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to enable clients to maximize the solutions value.
Support client onboarding, ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

Own the architecture across our platforms, services, and domains.
Define standards for microservices, APIs, integrations, domain boundaries, reliability, and data flows.
Lead high-level solution design across multiple business and technical areas.
Own AWS architecture: scalability, resilience, networking, security, observability, and cost optimization.
Drive architecture reviews and cross-company engineering decisions.
Guide our approach to AI integration (ADLC), defining patterns and architectural guardrails.

This job includes conducting consulting engagements with customers to deliver Data Protection solutions - including enterprise backup solutions including protection of physical, virtual and cloud data.

This role includes writing technical papers and documentation, Leading the technical discussion during the presale process, conduct demo, PoCs and more.
