Requirements:
* BSc. / MSc. In any related engineering field from a leading academic institution
* 5+ years of proven experience in End-to-End project management of a large-scale product that was deployed with a customer / brought to production - MUST
* Previous experience working in a start-up (large companies are NOT an advantage)
* Experience in project management of a MULTI DISCIPLINARY product
* Experience building project GANTTs or using the Agile process
* Exceptional interpersonal skills - youll need to deal with highly talented engineers, encouraging them to meet their goals while you maintain an assertive yet positive and accessible attitude
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience
Educational : Civil or Mechanical Master Degree.
Good Knowledge in our copmpany Infrastructure Project Subsystems (POS/OCS)
10 years minimum experience in Railway sector.
Project and/or construction experience preferred.
Computering skills : Microsoft Office pack, Autocad and MS project (a plus).
Behavioural And Technical Skills
Extensive management skills to deal with uncertainty in Projects
Leading Team in various Countries at the same time
Initiatives, self-motivated for technical matters and speed learning.
Autonomy and rigour.
Ability to adapt to multi-disciplinary environments.

Requirements:
The R&D Project Manager will be required to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on quality. The person chosen for the role will work closely with the Companys various R&D teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being met. Tasks include preparing SOWs, establishing effective project communication and reporting plans, executing them, submitting project deliverables, and preparing periodic status reports. Responsibilities:
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Prepare Statements of Work
Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines
Maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
Meet with projects team members to identify and resolve risks
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Submit project deliverables to customers after ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
Manage Change Requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Coordinate the preparation of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements Requirements:

Requirements:
BSc (or higher) in Computer Science, Math, Physics or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of experience managing or leading software engineering teams
5+ years of experience developing hardware simulators
Strong understanding of computer architecture and system-level modelling.
Proven track record in technical leadership.
Experience in SW-HW co-development environments, influencing both architecture and tooling.
Proficiency in Python and C++.
Solid software engineering skills, including design, testing, performance tuning, and maintainability.
Responsibilities:
Lead & grow a team of experienced engineers
Develop new hardware simulators and continue evolving existing one.
Collaborate with Architecture, VLSI, and Software teams to drive co-design initiatives.
Provide insights that influence chip architecture, compiler optimization, and system-level performance.
Develop tools that drive the chip development cycle.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or technical certifications in an IT-related, Computer Science, or Engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience working in the field of information technology.




Knowledge:
3+ years of experience with system, function, or project management preferred
Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC)
Ability to quickly recognize technical issues and escalate or resolve, as necessary
Demonstrated customer service mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to write and clearly present problem statements and resolutions
Detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, with self-starter problem-solving aptitude
Flexible team-player mindset who can work with a variety of interdisciplinary groups
Experience working and coordinating with ET-managed service providers
Experience and knowledge of Linux OS and Systems preferred
Awareness of U.S. and international security standards and best practices such as ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, etc.
Previous project management, functional management, and supervisory experience a plus
Familiarity with healthcare, and/or medical/scientific research is preferred

Requirements:
Relevant academic degree (CS/ CE / EE)
At least 3 years experience in C/C++ - Must
At least 3 years as team leader - Must
Experience in design and development of enterprise-level and multi-threaded system
Knowledge and experience in Linux - Must
Experience working with Linux environments - Advantage
Experience in design, coding, integration, and debugging capabilities
Self-starter, enthusiastic proactive mindset
Ability to write code and conduct thorough code reviews.
