About the Role:
As a Team Lead on the Data Platform, youll guide one of our most strategic engineering groups - the team building and evolving the core data ingestion and processing infrastructure that powers our entire platform. Handling billions of cloud signals daily, the team ensures scalability, reliability, and efficiency across our architecture.

The Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Datastores team - hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Own database reliability and availability - ensuring systems meet demanding SLAs for government and national-scale customers.

Key Responsibilities
Own and operate production and pre-production databases, including:
MongoDB (Atlas)
Redis (AWS ElastiCache Valkey)
RabbitMQ (EC2-based cluster)

Work closely with developers to optimize data models, indexes, and queries across the SDLC (design, QA, staging, production).
