We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support our global revenue operations team. This role requires an individual with a strong enterprise background, the ability to work with senior regional, and a data-driven mindset to provide insights, forecasts, and business recommendations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, business-savvy, and deeply knowledgeable about our products and technology.
You will:
Support revenue operations activities within designated regions, assisting with day to day business operations and reporting.
Serve as a member of the regional team.and be the right hand of the Region General Manager.
Own and drive financial objectives, including bookings, revenue, and collection targets.
Act as the sales organizational representative in cross-functional teams, influencing collaboration across diverse departments.
Support the sales teams D2D activities.
Ensure pipeline management, forecasting, analytics, and KPI tracking through performance dashboards and QBR leadership.
Partner with senior leadership to drive sales process improvements and successfully implement new initiatives within the sales organization.
Requirements: 4-5 Proven years of experience as a Revenue Operations Specialist or equivalent role within a global high-tech enterprise.
Strong ability to collaborate with senior regional managers, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Exceptional skills in business analytics, forecasting, and sales performance management.
Extensive experience in Sales Force / Power Point / EXL.
Strong background in supporting large, complex sales teams across multiple regions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Hands-on, can-do attitude, ensuring tasks and initiatives are executed efficiently.
