Were looking for a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain business-critical dashboards and analytics solutions across our SaaS products and internal operations.

This role is focused on Power BI, DAX, and business-facing analytics. Youll work closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making.

Your mission:
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Required Senior BI Engineer
What youll be doing
As a BI Engineer on our team, you'll collaborate with talented professionals dedicated to pushing boundaries and creating advanced solutions. You'll also play a key role in pioneering the adoption of cutting-edge AI-driven tools and processes, proactively advocating for innovative solutions, LLM-based scripting, and efficient AI workflows. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, tech, finance and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements to build and deliver data infrastructure, reports and insights that meet their needs.
ETL Processes: Develop highly scalable complex data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources, ensure that data is accurately extracted from source systems, transformed into the required format, and loaded into the data warehouse (DWH) (using DBT, Git). It also includes verification and monitoring of data quality (Elementary).
Implement GenAI solutions: As part of the job, you will implement new solutions and tools to improve the efficiency of the teams, support self-service for the users and provide insights easily, automatically and quickly.
Data modeling: Responsible for the model, design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the data warehouses, as well as ensuring the integrity and security of data. Support users needs, including performance and monitor cost
Business Analytics Tools: Design and implement BI tools across the company. Troubleshooting and optimizing the tools and systems to improve performance. This includes ensuring that the reports and dashboards are running efficiently and meeting the user's needs (using ThoughtSpot, Hex)
Staying Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in data solutions, analytics and business intelligence to ensure that we stay ahead in leveraging data for business decisions. Continuously questioning assumptions, processes, and outcomes to uncover hidden opportunities or potential issues.

Hands‑on experience with Amazon Redshift and dbt is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Integration

Implement, configure, and maintain core business platforms: CRM (Salesforce), CS tools (Intercom/Zendesk), BI (Quicksight/Tableau), and others.

Serve as system administrator: manage configuration, user roles, workflows, and integrations.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems; reduce silos and duplication.

Evaluate, procure, and integrate new tools as the company scales.


Data Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership and GTM teams.

Track and analyze key metrics: pipeline, revenue, churn/retention, customer health, support SLAs, and financial KPIs.

Define and maintain KPIs as a single source of truth; ensure alignment across teams.

Analyze ROI and build case studies to demonstrate impact and inform decision-making.

Leverage AI and automation to accelerate insights and improve reporting.


Process Optimization & Project Management

Lead end-to-end business application projects: from scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and adoption.

Map, analyze, and optimize cross-functional business processes (Customer Success, Sales, Operations).

Drive change management: document workflows, train teams, and promote adoption.

Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks; deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.


Cross-Functional Enablement

Partner closely with GTM leaders to streamline forecasting, reporting, and operational cadences.

Support forecasting and planning processes, ensuring clean and accurate data.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on systems, processes, and data-driven decision-making.

Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to inform strategy.

Were looking for a Senior BI Data Engineer to join our BI team and take end-to-end ownership of high-impact analytics foundations.
