What will your job look like:

Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives to translate business needs into scalable BI and analytics solutions.
Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of BI and data platforms (Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT processes).Stay hands-on with BI tools and technologies, setting technical standards and ensuring best practices in data modeling, reporting, and system performance.
Establish and enforce data governance, security, and quality frameworks across the organization.
Promote adoption of self-service BI, advanced analytics, and data-driven culture across departments.Evaluate, integrate, and optimize new BI and data technologies to ensure scalability and innovation.

We are looking for a BI Developer with 2 years of experience, strong technical skills, and a high motivation to learn and grow.
The role involves developing, maintaining, and improving BI processes across the organization, while working closely with multiple teams to implement new, cross organizational data solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data analysis, insights, and decision making.
Optimize queries and data processes to ensure high system performance.
Integrate data from multiple source systems into the companys BI environment.
Support and improve reporting and analytics processes for internal teams and project managers.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.

What Youll Actually Do:

Lead the design and evolution of BI data foundations, owning key product and GTM metric definitions and data models
Build, scale, and maintain high-quality ELT pipelines and curated datasets (raw → modeled → semantic) that power dashboards and self-serve analytics
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to operationalize machine learning use cases, including feature pipelines and analytical datasets
Take senior ownership within the BI team by mentoring peers, reviewing critical work, and promoting best practices in analytics engineering and semantic modeling
Own the performance, cost, and reliability of the data warehouse and BI layer by optimizing models, queries, and incremental processing patterns
Translate ambiguous business questions into clear, governed metrics and scalable data models, partnering with Product, RevOps/GTM, Finance, and Analytics
Establish and maintain strong data quality, observability, and monitoring practices (tests, SLAs, anomaly detection)
Drive standardization and automation across the BI development lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD, documentation, and release processes
Stay ahead of modern BI and analytics engineering trends, including AI-assisted development, and apply them pragmatically to increase trust and speed

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Business Application Manager with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Someone who takes initiative, thinks beyond the immediate task, and translates data into real business impact.
This role requires a unique mix of systems expertise, project management, and analytical skills. Youll not only implement and optimize our platforms but also analyze ROI, create data-driven case studies, and help leadership make informed decisions.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, youll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure the company has the right tools, workflows, and insights to scale effectively.
This is part project manager, part systems owner, and part business analyst. Youll lead end-to-end implementations, integrate platforms like Salesforce, Intercom, Quicksight, create dashboards and reports, and drive process optimization across the business.
