Partner with various teams across the global marketing organization to support marketing needs and deliver a wide range of online and offline assets, such as landing pages, blog posts, banners, videos, and additional marketing materials.
Own major marketing projects end to end, from planning and scheduling through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and deadlines.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors worldwide to ensure high-quality, timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage workflows, timelines, dependencies, and priorities in a deadline-driven, multi-project environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing or project management within a marketing environment
Previous experience working with an advertising agency (advantage)
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Excellent English communication skills
Experience working with Monday.com (advantage)

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, with a high level of ownership
