As a Creative Strategist at Supersonic, you will define and execute creative strategies that connect player insights, performance data, and production to deliver mobile ads that scale globally.
You will be part of the Creative Production team, working closely with user acquisition, product, growth, and production partners to guide creative direction from insight to execution. The role offers real ownership and visibility, with a direct impact on performance, creative standards, and how games show up in the market.

What you'll be doing
Define and evolve creative strategies for assigned games and genres, aligned with player motivations and game mechanics
Translate insights into action, using market trends, competitor analysis, and performance data to generate clear creative directions
Develop and guide creative concepts, including hypotheses, scripts, and storyboards, from idea to iteration and scale
Lead the creative production lifecycle, partnering with internal teams and external studios to ensure quality, speed, and learning
Measure and improve performance, analyzing creative and UA metrics to inform decisions, retrospectives, and next tests
Requirements: Proven ability to build and execute creative strategies for mobile game advertising or performance-driven creative environments
Strong understanding of mobile ad formats, including video and playable ads, and how they perform across channels
Hands-on experience working with performance metrics such as CPI, IPM, CTR, ROAS, Retention, and creative win rates
Ability to turn data, trends, and insights into scalable creative directions and testable hypotheses
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with UA, product, growth, and production teams
