We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our global organization. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers, oversee the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage secure and efficient cloud infrastructure, and act as a strategic technical partner across departments.
You will play a key role in supporting and evolving RIVO, our cloud-native SaaS platform for collaborative trade finance. Built on microservices running in Kubernetes environments on AWS, RIVO connects corporates, banks, and partners through open APIs-delivering a modern, secure, and scalable solution for global trade.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team.
Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development cycles.
Own and operate scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across global environments.
Implement and maintain observability tools for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support the delivery of new features and services.
Define and implement best practices for system reliability, automation, and performance.
Serve as a hands-on expert and escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.
Evaluate and adopt modern DevOps tools and methodologies to drive efficiency.
Drive innovation in DevOps infrastructure through new technologies, improved automation, and scalable architecture solutions.
Drive strategic infrastructure initiatives, from planning to execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry standards.

Required Senior DevOps Engineer
What will you do?
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:
Own Core Data Platforms: Design, manage, and scale our diverse portfolio of datastores, including Cassandra, RDS/Aurora, Redis, Elasticsearch, and more.
Evolve Observability: Champion and advance our observability stack (Prometheus/Thanos, Grafana & ELK) to provide critical, real-time insights for hundreds of services.
Strengthen Reliability (SRE): Drive SRE best practices, including automating disaster recovery drills, managing our alerting strategy (AlertC), and improving system-wide resilience.
Modernize CI/CD: Help administer and optimize our CI/CD infrastructure, which includes Jenkins, Teamcity, and GitHub Actions.
Automate Everything: Leverage our Kubernetes and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) foundation to manage infrastructure as code, enhance developer self-service, and eliminate toil.
Collaborate & Consult: Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with development teams to help them choose, implement, and operate their data and observability solutions effectively.

As part of the Fleet Management team, youll be the navigator of our multi-cloud ecosystem, ensuring our growth is both sustainable and secure. You will spearhead our Cloud Governance and FinOps initiatives, turning complex billing data and policy requirements into actionable insights and automated guardrails. Youll empower our engineering organization to move fast without breaking the bank, balancing developer autonomy with fiscal responsibility and compliance. Whether youre rightsizing underutilized resources or building automated policy-as-code, your work will directly impact the companys bottom line and operational excellence. Youll be a strategic partner to every team, helping them master the art of efficient cloud consumption.
