A global, fan-driven sports platform is seeking a Director of Product Design UX to lead and scale its design organization. This role owns the end-to-end product experience, combining strategic design leadership with hands-on creative direction to deliver engaging, emotionally resonant digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team across Product Design, UX, and Visual Design
Define and evolve the product design vision, strategy, and scalable design systems
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver cohesive, end-to-end experiences
Drive innovation across interaction design, motion, storytelling, and immersive experiences
Champion a fan-first, community-driven design culture across the organization
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in digital product design, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Proven B2C product design experience across mobile and web platforms (CTV - advantage)
A compelling portfolio showcasing engaging, interactive, and emotionally impactful experiences
Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
Passion for sports, fan culture, and building meaningful user engagement
