We are looking for a Logistics & Shipping Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our global shipments, reporting directly to the Company Logistics Manager. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
* Manage international shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Work directly with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers worldwide.
* Handle global customs clearance processes, including all required documentation.
* Implement and maintain logistics procedures across company warehouses (WHs).
* Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time arrivals.
* Work hands-on with ERP systems for shipment tracking and documentation.
* Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.).
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, under the guidance of the Logistics Manager.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or international shipping.
* Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
* Proven experience managing customs clearance processes in multiple countries.
* Strong understanding of international shipping processes and required documentation.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* High-level English (written and spoken). Nice to Have:
* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.

* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
