Research Leadership and Strategy: Lead research across domains like FX and compliance to align insights with company goals. You will define the research agenda and bring clarity to ambiguous customer problems.
Methodological Excellence: Design and execute mixed-methods research while maintaining high ethical and methodological standards. Synthesize multi-segment data into clear strategic direction for the business.
Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to integrate customer insights into decision-making. Use engaging storytelling to advocate for customer needs and influence prioritization.
Impact and Outcomes: Deliver strategic studies that drive measurable improvements in retention, activation, and market entry. Your work will directly shape product launches and pricing strategies through data-backed evidence.
Mentorship and Team Growth: Coach junior researchers to strengthen the teams analytical and storytelling capabilities. Foster an inclusive environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in a product/UX research role
Expertise in major research disciplines and fluency in multiple methods (Mixed method researcher).
Strong understanding of research's role in product, marketing, and R&D.
Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
High business acumen and influence on key performance indicators.
Skill in managing conflict and maintaining trusted relationships.
