As our companys Global Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for leading and executing our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy worldwide.
Youll work closely with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, design scalable recruitment frameworks, and ensure the attraction and selection of exceptional talent across all functions and locations.
Your leadership will have a direct impact on our companys growth trajectory, culture, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a global Talent Acquisition team to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
Design and implement a data-driven TA strategy aligned with our companys growth plans, cultural values, and long-term vision.
Define and track key hiring metrics (e.g., Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Candidate Experience) to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with executives and business leaders to anticipate talent needs, shape workforce plans, and build robust hiring pipelines.
Leverage technology, AI, and analytics to optimize sourcing, screening, and selection processes for scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen our companys employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice in global markets.
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring transparency, engagement, and consistency throughout the hiring journey.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding inclusive hiring practices across all recruitment stages.
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative recruiting approaches to support our companys continued global expansion.
Requirements: Proven track record of 8+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, from high-tech/ startup companies - a must.
Extensive experience in recruiting for technical roles within the technology industry, with a strong understanding of the product management domain.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, ATS, and professional networks.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A passion for technology and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Masters degree in a relevant field - an advantage.
