Key responsibilities:
Own the BI domain: Lead company-wide analytics, define processes, and champion a data-driven culture.
Enable data-driven teams: Partner with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to track KPIs, analyze performance, and uncover improvement opportunities.
Turn data into impact: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that shape product and business decisions.
Define KPIs and data needs: Collaborate with Product and R&D to define success metrics, guide event implementation, and ensure relevant data sources and flows are in place.
Design accessible reporting interfaces: Build intuitive dashboards and reports that provide easy access to key metrics and clearly surface insights for each stakeholder.
Recommend the right tools: Evaluate and guide the selection of data tools that support evolving business needs.
Requirements:
A proficient analyst: 5+ years of experience in a BI/Data/Product Analyst or similar role from at least two different companies, preferably in a SaaS environment, working closely with product teams to define, track, and analyze KPIs.
BI Technologist: Expert in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, Power BI) and SQL (Python - advantage), with a strong ability to build clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
Hands-on ownership mindset, able to define data needs, shape the instrumentation process with R&D, and deliver complete, coherent, and user-friendly data products.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams-including senior leadership-and translate data into clear, business-relevant insights.
Proactive and adaptable, with a self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments; comfortable juggling multiple data sources and requests.

Responsibilities

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
Experience selling data analytics or data management technologies to clients.
Experience with big data technologies or concepts, such as analytics warehousing, data processing, data transformation, data governance, data migrations, ETL, ELT, SQL, NoSQL, performance or scalability optimizations.
Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to manage relationships with local and international stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with developing data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event processing, streaming, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, data visualization tools, and data governance on cloud native architectures.
Experience working with internal/external teams, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, build cases for transformation with implementation plans, and close agreements.
Experience supporting executive relationships, and developing new territories/accounts.
Experience prioritizing and planning sales activity and transformation strategies.
Knowledge of trends, products, and solutions in cloud and Data and Analytics (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub), and with data analytics technology stack.
