We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Software Team Leader to head a backend-focused R&D team, responsible for designing and building scalable core systems, while remaining hands-on and close to the code. You’ll be at the center of our most strategic tech and business initiatives, driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions.
This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week , with flexibility based on team and individual needs. Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono.


Responsibilities:

* Lead a full-stack team working on our proprietary optimization platform Architect and build high-scale, data-centric web systems
* Be a hands-on leader: code when needed, unblock, mentor, and push forward
* Collaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams.
* Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability

As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a group of team leads and software engineers building the infrastructure for the unique Analytics Platform.

What You'll Do:
Build and lead a team of professional software and DevOPs engineers responsible to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Provide technological and managerial coaching to R&D team members based on extensive hands-on and managerial experience.
Ensure efficient CI/CD and testing coverage.
Be accountable for group commitments.
Cooperate effectively with Data scientists on productization of prediction data pipelines.
