We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. Youll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and scaling our SaaS product across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This includes managing our deployment packages (Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Bicep), ensuring seamless integrations with customer environments, and enabling secure, reliable data scanning at scale.

As part of our DevOps team, youll not only drive automation and infrastructure management, but also participate in customer-facing installation meetings, helping customers deploy and configure our platform successfully.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Azure Bicep.
Build, scale, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
Write and maintain Python and Bash scripts for automation, integrations, and tooling.
Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, and security issues (TCP/IP, UDP, VPNs).
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize deployments.
Support customer onboarding by assisting with setup and deployment meetings.
Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and operational processes.

Required Solution Architect
About the Role
The Solutions Architect is a senior software engineer that will build the architecture of solutions for our customers. The Solutions Architect will be working hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers and enterprise customers to design smart, scalable automation architectures. This role is about connecting deep technical understanding with business insights, crafting solutions that deliver value to the customer while keeping development efficiency and long-term maintainability.
Your responsibilities
Join enterprise sales conversations to understand customer requirements in depth technically and strategically.
Design our based architectures that align with customer needs, optimize delivery effort, and minimize future maintenance risks.
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, AEs, and internal stakeholders to drive agreement around the best solution design.
Lead architecture deep dives, solution validation sessions, and POCs when necessary.
Serve as a technical advisor during SOW creation, including effort estimation and design clarity.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of the platform and upcoming roadmap capabilities.
Create reusable design assets (reference architectures, design patterns, best practices) to accelerate future engagements.
Act as a thought partner to Product and Engineering by providing structured feedback on recurring needs or gaps seen in the field.

Responsibilities
1. Architectural Leadership
Define, communicate, and evolve the platforms architectural vision to ensure alignment with business goals.

2. Innovation & Emerging Technology

Initiate projects/features to solve widespread problems (including work with Support, DevOps, Infosec)
3. AI Tooling Evangelism
Spearhead engineering-wide adoption of AI-assisted development workflows, including developer productivity tools, code copilots, automated quality checks, and automated documentation.
Define best practices, guidelines, and governance for AI usage in development (e.g., Cursor configuration rules, prompt engineering standards).
Educate and mentor teams on effective AI utilization for engineering, product, and operational tasks, taking into account security, costs, and compliance.
4. Technical Governance & Best Practices
Overall ownership of the system scalability, COGS, and stability of the product(s)
Define standards for coding, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Enforce architectural and design reviews for key initiatives.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver well-architected solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including executives and external partners.
Collaborate with customers and partners when needed to align architecture with integration requirements.
