As a Backend Engineer , you will take on exciting challenges, including researching new algorithms and probability models, developing systems from scratch, and working in a fast-paced real-time environment. You will also build services that leverage real-time buying data to dynamically optimize campaign configurations, ensuring we achieve the most effective outcomes for our clients.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with data science and product team, requiring both technical expertise and a deep understanding of the domain. In addition, you will integrate with 3rd-party platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, code, and manage large-scale, highly available, real-time (low latency) services using cutting-edge technologies (Python, Node.js, Redis, Docker, built on AWS infrastructure).
Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to craft the most optimal solutions for our problems
Design and develop APIs or integrate with 3rd party APIs
Performing code reviews with other team members
Assist in-house teams and supply creative solutions for various problems
