We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevSecOps Manager to lead a dynamic team driving post-merger security integration, cloud infrastructure hardening, and secure DevOps practices across our companys global operations
What will your job look like?
You will lead a team of professionals in Israel, including SecOps experts, DevOps engineers, and a due diligence specialist, overseeing all security aspects of PMI (Post-Merger Integration) processes.
You will be responsible for embedding acquired companies into our companys corporate security and operational frameworks, tailoring integration based on company size and complexity.
You will define and implement security strategies across cloud environments (Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD), ensuring alignment with our companys standards and regulatory requirements.
You will act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding the team through complex DevSecOps challenges, and bridging gaps in technical knowledge where needed.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and acquired entities to ensure secure onboarding, infrastructure hardening, and compliance with corporate security policies.
You will manage cross-functional initiatives, including risk assessments, secure SDLC processes, and continuous improvement of security operations.
You will provide mentorship, performance management, and career development for your team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
