The Role We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Generative AI systems across Eitan Medical. This role spans both our customer-facing SaaS healthcare platforms - Insights and internal organizational systems, and requires strong ownership from idea to production. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for a technologist who enjoys learning quickly, working independently, and collaborating closely with product managers, data teams, and business stakeholders to translate real requirements into effective GenAI solutions.
What You’ll Do • Design, build, deploy, operate, and continuously improve production-ready Generative AI systems that support clinical insights, decision support, and intelligent automation. • Integrate GenAI capabilities into SaaS healthcare products as well as internal business and operational workflows. • Work closely with stakeholders across product, data, and internal business teams to understand requirements, shape the solution, and define the AI approach - including internal-facing solutions, not just execution of predefined tasks. • Stay up to date with emerging GenAI technologies and evaluate their applicability to real clinical and business problems. Key Responsibilities

Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into Eitans SaaS platforms to enhance clinical decision support, treatment optimization, and actionable medical insights.
Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives across departments to streamline processes, boost productivity, and accelerate innovation.
Design and implement AI-powered systems, including RAG architectures and agentic workflows, using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
