Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead high-impact analyses and provide actionable insights across management, sales, and product teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Youll define and track key KPIs, analyze business performance and customer trends, and model the impact of strategic initiatives.
Partnering closely with senior leadership, youll deliver insights and recommendations that directly influence company direction while supporting product initiatives through A/B testing, new features evaluation, and other analytical projects.

Responsibilities:
Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs, business metrics, and customer trends to support strategic decisions
Model and evaluate the impact of major business and product changes
Conduct statistical analyses to uncover trends, correlations, and predictive insights that drive growth
Support product and growth initiatives through A/B testing, feature evaluation, and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, UX) to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key customers, using clear visualizations and presentations
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide feedback on outcomes.
Requirements:
BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Statistics, or related analytical field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or a data-driven organization
Experienced with A/B testing and product analytics
Familiar with Sales and Customer success activities
High proficiency in SQL and large and complex data sets
High proficiency in Excel
Experience working with BI tools- preferably Qlik Sense
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Strong and fluent English, both written and spoken
Fast learner with independence, problem solving and ownership mindset
Detail-oriented with strong business understanding and analytical depth.
