Together, were creating adaptive AI systems that optimize strategies, manage risk, and deliver smarter, more profitable trading outcomes.This role:We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer ( CTO ) & Co-Founder to lead the technical vision and execution of our AI trading platform. This is not just a job - its a chance to co-found and build the future of financial AI. You will drive research, development, and scaling of our reinforcement learning models, ensuring innovation while aligning technology with business goals.Responsibilities:Define and execute the companys long-term technical roadmap.Lead R&D in reinforcement learning, algorithmic trading, and financial AI systems.Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering and data science team.Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and deployment of trading solutions.Collaborate closely with business leadership to align product and technology strategy.Ensure strong risk management, scalability, and security practices in all systems.
