With a regional structure and global coverage, the Construction Solution team aligns tools and methods to meet local market requirements while contributing to the continuous evolution of our solution.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement solution for local and global projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project realities.
Lead technical and construction-focused discussions with clients during discovery and implementation.
Act as a construction subject matter expert within guiding internal teams with your field experience.
Translate project construction methodologies into digital twin framework, creating systems that reflect how projects are actually built.
Combine design standards with client-specific requirements to maximize the value of the platform across the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodology by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices.
Play a key role during implementation and onboarding, representing both client needs and strategy in discovery sessions.
Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management, and Product to ensure client success and alignment with company goals.
Requirements: 3+ years of field experience in construction projects, ideally including large-scale or major projects (e.g., data centers, fabrication facilities, or other complex builds).
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies, particularly in projects with significant scale and technical demands.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and interface management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, lead discovery sessions, and communicate effectively with on-site construction professionals.
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week.
Position may involve non-standard working hours to accommodate international client schedules and maintain alignment across time zones.
