This role is part of Kendagos Internal Brands Unit, where we build, launch, and scale our own digital products from scratch, end to end - like a startup inside the company. We are looking for a High-Agency Growth Marketer (2-3 years of experience). someone proactive, fast-moving, and driven by ownership, to join this team.
The Role: You will take ownership of the growth engine of one of our internal brands. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for performance, funnels, and creative strategy, with full visibility into business results and long-term impact. We are looking for a Builder someone who has mastered the fundamentals of PPC and is ready for broader ownership beyond campaign execution.
Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono. This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week, with flexibility.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do: Manage High-Scale Budgets: Execute and scale campaigns on Meta ( facebook / instagram ) with a strong focus on profitability and ROAS. Creative Strategy & Research: Research customer avatars and competitors to develop new creative angles and concepts. Build & Optimize Funnels: Own the user journey across checkout, lead-generation, and VSL funnels. CRO & A/B Testing: Run continuous experiments on both media (creatives, audiences) and funnels (landing pages, offers). Strategic Execution: Take ideas from concept to execution using a structured, fast-moving methodology. Leverage AI: Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, copywriting, and asset creation. Requirements: * 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta / Paid Social campaigns.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and basic CRO methodology.
* Experience working with landing page builders and experimentation.
* Strong analytical mindset and experience working with dashboards on a regular basis to monitor and optimize performance.
* High proficiency in English (written and spoken). Bonus: Experience in DTC / Ecommerce environments.
