We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Network Orchestration group. Our group is responsible for developing scalable, high-performance distributed systems that support complex network infrastructures.
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining frontend infrastructure that supports multiple teams and projects across the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, build scalable components, and contribute to architectural decisions that impact the long-term success of the platform.

You'll take full ownership of frontend development including architecture design, tooling, development methodologies, testing, and deployment strategies. As part of your role, you'll build and maintain a robust, advanced UI library and design system that enables frontend development across our entire R&D department, working with sophisticated component composition patterns to ensure scalability and reusability.
You'll develop highly customized, complex web-based applications using React, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks, delivering critical features that directly impact our product's success.
Your responsibilities include transforming UI/UX wireframes from ideation to high-quality production code, bridging the gap between graphic design and technical implementation with pixel-perfect precision. You'll participate in product design reviews to provide technical input on functional requirements, design feasibility, project schedules, and potential risks, while maintaining close interaction with customers to deeply understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance user experience. Additionally, you'll contribute to the technical direction of our frontend infrastructure and mentor team members on advanced React patterns and best practices.

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will learn the ins and outs of the technology and are expected to constantly improve our working practices and code base.

Responsibilities

Implement and own cross-platform features; be involved and impact the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and production support)
Collaborate with team members on technological and architectural topics
Acquire an in-depth understanding of our technical challenges and strive to improve them
Follow engineering best practices (unit testing, automation, code reviews, etc.) and keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies of flutter and app design
Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand the desired application requirements and provide your feedback to improve the outcome of the feature
