Key Responsibilities:

Sales : support sales in new opportunities and handling them up to the closing stage.

Technical Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their engineering challenges and recommend appropriate software solutions.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed demonstrations of our products, showcasing their capabilities and benefits.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all operational aspects including supply planning and production.
* Oversee contract manufacturing partners: performance management, cost negotiation, and production planning.
* This role will be partnering with the sales teams, to ensure the demand process delivers an agreed and workable sales forecast, identifying incremental demand, ensuring gaps and overlaps are addressed, different scenarios being evaluated, and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies and BI tools to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing partners Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks, bottlenecks, and supply disruptions.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
* Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
* Support new product launches and scale-up activities with CMs.
* Evaluate and onboard new manufacturing partners as needed.

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Inventory Finance Business Partner to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic management of inventory operations within the FP&A department. This role is critical in aligning inventory processes with financial planning goals and company objectives, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights and forecasts supporting FP&A objectives.

Job Description:
* Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
* Ensure 3PL compliance with contractual obligations, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system.
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on 3PL activities.
* Measure KPI, set & measure improvement targets.
* Align Vendors & Contractor Manufacturing compliance with the 3PL procedures & local regulations.
